2003 Buick Regal boggy starts

When I start my car it boggs like its going to stall. Sometimes it does stall but most of the time it stays running, but I know that cant be normal. Do you have any ideas what it could be?

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Fuel pressure?
