Engine Performance problem
2003 Buick Regal 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The EGR has burned a hole thru the upper intake manifold.Brand new upper manifold.Hole is straight up from where tube comes in intake.Got so hot that plastic is melted where hole is burned thru.hole is less than a dime but area around the hloe is half dollar size.

Definatly some fault in EGR vale and/or cotrol switch. Hot gas is being let into manjfold constantly.
