When I turn the key to start the car, all the dash lights blink on and off, along with a clicking sound, and it wont start.

see if the headllights are bright. This is to see if battery is good.Be sure all battery connections are clean and tight .Sounds like it may be an aftermarket alarm going off (flashing dash lights). Is the vehicle equipped with any aftermarket alarm system? If so remove it.
