2002 Buick Regal Spark Plugs

2002 Buick Regal 6 cyl Automatic 140000 miles

On this model I am pretty sure there are 3 sparks plugs on the rear side of the engine and 3 on the front side of the engine. Any idea how to remove them from the front? There is a silver casing and I cannot seem to get it off for the life of me.

these are not to bad to do,to get the sheild off I just take my hand on the sheild and twist back/forth while pulling on it and they usually come off. sometimes the boots get frozen on there,or if your replacing the wires also you can use a pair of pliers on the wires and yank them off. yes there is 3 in the front and 3 in the back.to get the rear ones you can remove the brace bar that goes from strut tower to strut tower,which will give you room,I use an extension and a 5/8 swivel socket to remove the spark plugs.post back with any other questions.
