How to add fluid to 2002 Buick Regal? Can not locate Cap!

Hi:
Are you sure the car doesn't have electric assist power steering? Is it making noise? To find the power steering pump, look where the serp belt is. Follow it and one of the accessories the belt runs will be the power steering pump.
