2002 Buick Regal Engine shakes agressively when car is in d

I have 2002 Buick and the car shakes agressively when the engine is drive. When I apply the emergency brakes, the car idles fine. Also, when in drive all the dash lights begin to blink.

I would start by checking the motor and trans mounts. A bad mount may be causing excessive engine movement.
