2001 Buick Regal Tensioner

My coolant is leaking out of the bottom of my car from 2 holes. My heat stopped working today and it is making a whistling and clunking sound. Someone said it was the water pump or that I need to replace the tensioner? I am not sure what the problem is and also how to locate the tensioner?

Really need to get this looked at ASAP. Not a tensioner problem possible water pump , hose or radiator. No heat you are low on coolant if continue to drive severe damage to engine will occur.
