2001 Buick Regal hesitates

i have a supercharger,,,when going 65mph at 2500rpm my car hesitates,,then i have to push the accelerator past that point which is 3000rpm and it goes too fast ,,,it will hit 80mph,,,this happens when under a load going up a hill on the freeway,,please tell me what part to replace,,,we couldnt find a vacuum leak we sprayed with starter fluid on the hoses,,could the tranny need adjustment

Has the check engine light come on? Have you had the fuel pressure tested?
