2001 Buick Regal cold weather

car wont start in sub-zero temperatures. engine turns over but won't start. have put heet in but still have to start it many times during cold weather. If i dont then the car wont start, sounds like gas-line freezes.

Could be contaminated-replace the fuel filter and go from there, if it continues check the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge and comeback with the readings.
