Transmission shifts rough?

Hello,

A transmission can shift hard for several reasons.
Please make sure the fluid level is correct. If low add fluid and see if the problem still exists, as low fluid can cause hard shifting.
Also verify that the fluid is not excessively dirty. If dirty change the fluid. Dirty fluid can cause hard shift as well.
Check and make sure you do not have any metal shavings in the fluid.

Are there any trouble codes? If so that could narrow down the issue.

You could have a issue with shift solenoid. However I would suggest first look at the basics before taking a deep dive.
