2000 Buick Regal 70,000 miles
At first the key would not come out once in a while. This went on for about a month. Then it would not come out at all. I tried to wiggle the wheel, but it would not come out. I went reverse and forward over and over and it would not come out, eventually it did though through through the back up method. I went to an auto shop and overheard them guessing about what the problem was, the one said she would just quote me for a new (the part the key goes into). It was obvious they weren't exactly sure.
What might the problem be?
