The fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank. This certain vehicle may have an access door allowing you to remove fuel pump from inside the trunk instead of removing the tank. open the trunk pull up carpet toward rear seat if there is a shiney metal panel held down by four bolts. You can remove fuel pump from inside. If no access panel is found it is necessary to drop fuel tank to replace the fuel pump.
