Electrical problem
2000 Buick Regal 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive 160000 miles
low beams and park switch work. when applying the flasher arm to apply the high beams, they won't stay on, it work if i hold the arm. Are the high beams supposed to stay on when bringing the arm toward me or is it suppose to just flicker on then off.
