WHEN I PUT THE KEY ON ALL THE WARNING LIGHTS START BLINKING AND IF I TRY TO TURN IT ON IT JUST WON'T TURN ON UNLESS I PUSH THE BRAKE, AND ALSO I CAN'T RELEASE FROM PARKING. GOT ANY IDEAS OF WHAT CAN BE THE PROBLEM

This may sound stupid, but are the brake lights working? The brake light switch actuates the park lock. As far as the lights, there could be a short under the dash or the body control module may be the problem.
