1999 Buick Regal wont work

i have a 1999 buick regal with 100k miles. my problem is that I go to work and my brakes are fine. I come back home and i need to push brakes hard to the end so the car stops. i wake up in the morning and the brakes are just fine. does my car hate my place of work, or what????

If its not leaking and the fluid level is okay-have the brake master cylinder and ABS unit checked out
