1999 Buick Regal stereo and window problems

My 1999 buick regal has started giving me problems with the windows and stereo stystem. When I turn the key to the accessory mode the car will sometime allow me to put the windows up or down and the radio will come on as well. But when I start the car the stereo turns off and cant be turned back on and the windows wont move either up or down. What could be the problem and how much should it cost to get repaired?

Sounds like ignition feed circuit. You can double-check at the power window circuit breaker in the fuse box, see if the circuit is hot with the engine running. That circuit should be hot in acc or run.
