If I can get the car to start, the TRAC and ABS lights stay on, and I can't get it out of Park. If I turn on the turn signal, or any ampage draw at all, it kills the engine. I've tried a new battery thinking that may be the problem, and have also checked all the fuses. Nothing there seems to be the problem. What may be causing this?

First, it sounds like a ground problem. Make sure the main ground from the battery to the engine block is clean and tight. If so, check for broken or damaged body ground straps. If all is good, have the computer scanned for codes. Most nationally recognized parts stores will do it for free, so there is no money out of pocket.

Let me know what you find.
