1999 Buick Regal High pitched squeal

Recently when my heater is turned on. a very high pitched squeal starts. It started as the car was just turned on and it was extremely cold but now it happens whenever the heater is on. I live in Connecticut so the weather has been slowly getting warmer but the squealing noise is constant now.

Is squeal comming from pass side behind glove box? if yes blower motor bearing faulty.
