When I engage in drive and start going, I hear this bubbling noise like when kids bubble air through a straw in a glass of water. It's only for about a minute when the car it's cold and only when i'm in a slow speed. It goes away after the car it's warming up. I have no service lights coming on in the dashboard

If the sound is from under the dash on the passanger side? If so, make sure the coolant level is full. Many times it is low and you can actually hear it entering the heater core.

Let me know what you find.

The sound baffled my mechanic fellow also. The coolant level was fine, the transmission filter and oil got changed even if he said it's only a slight chance it could be from there. In the end, one morning I had
to take to my friend's garage so he could hear first hand when it was cold. By the time I got out of the car for 10 sec to check something, the engine oil got all over the concret floor in a nick! It was the oil filter gasket. He took a new one. Put it on. Started the engine. Boom! The new one got blown also. It seems the car has a problem with some oil valve in the actual "base" of the filter. Any ideas where I can get one of those that won't cost an arm and a leg? I hope that will solve the mistery sound aswell. Thx for your interest anyway.
