1999 Buick Regal dash/radio/climate module/ lights problem

dash/radio/climate control lights go to the lowest dim settings when the headlights automatically go on at night. when the headlights turn off however. the dash/radio/control module lights work great and the dimmer control can work as normal. what can do to fix the lighting problem and whats causing it?

Try check the fuse panel for the panel dimming fuse. If the fuse is good, then your headlight switch is faulty.
