1999 Buick Regal Blower Motor

I replaced the blower motor and it runs for about 5 seconds then stops, runs 5 more seconds and stops completely.

When it is working, does it work on all speeds? If not and it only works on high, replace the blower motor resister. If it works on all speeds, replace the blower motor relay.
