1999 Buick Regal Air Conditioner control system

I have a 1999 Buick Regal GS . My AC is not throwing cold air just warm , now maybe that can be sold but my biggest problem is the display panel does not light up, it does not work this is were it shows me how fast and low in other words how to control the levels speed .The bottoms work but not the panel so , would that be and electrical problem oh a fuse broken . Any advice would be helpful….

its probably a blown fuse, check them just to make sure. as far as the a/c you'll have to check to see if the clutch is engaging.
