the wire that goes from my ac compresser was burnt due to laying on the greasy compresser.

can I just go to a buick dealer and buy and replace the wire.

also where does this wire lead to?

The dark green one goes to the under hood fuse box and the black one goes to g110 ground left front of engine. As long as there is enough wire coming off the compressor you can splice into them you could just get the same gauge wire and repair the connection.Just make sure you use a butt connector that you melt and seal the connection because it's an out in the element's connection.
