Electrical problem
1998 Buick Regal Engine Size unknown Front Wheel Drive Automatic 98,000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
Two days ago my car began to stall while in motion, everything would shut off, I couldn't even turn the wheel properly. After sitting for two hours, the car wouldn't even start. When I turn the key it just made a low whining noise but the motor never turned over. The tow guy was able to get the car to start but it immediately dies and won't stay engaged. Is this the starter? In the past I have had trouble with the key getting stuck in the ignition until the car had rested for several hours. Related?

Thank you!
