Hello, I have a 1998 Buicl regal gs, and I have been having problems with the turn signals. I have changed all the bulbs, but when I checked the turn signal plugs and there is no electical curant at all. The brake lights and the head lights work just fine. What should I do, if the turn signal relay is ok, where else should look. i would like to know where is the turn signal realy, and also the switch, but tell me what should I do.

Do the hazard lites work? I believe the lower brake-lites and turn signals use the same bulb filament, just not at the same time. So if all the brake-lites work, that part should be ok.

You might check the turn fuse and circuit, the circuit should go hot when you turn on the key. I believe there is a combination flasher, I can't tell if it's faulty, just making suggestions on what to check.
