1998 Buick Regal 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 190 KM miles

When i drive over an uneven road there is a rattling sound from the rear passenger side. On a smooth road you dont hear anything. When i drive over an uneven road in addition to the sound the car feels as if it is sliding a little , What is this sound & why is it sliding

check your rear struts as it could be broken or it's a shield on the exaust sytem that is loose and making the noise.
