1998 Buick Regal car shakes at 60 mph

I recently had the front right tire plugged and the
valve stem replaced. A day later the car shakes at
60 mph. When I let off the gas it stops, but when I
hit the gas again it shakes, it doesn't shake whan I hit
65- 70 mph. The tire pressure seems ok. What do you think the problem is?

I had engine mounts cracked and front rear transmission mounts busted. Now the shakes are gone. Who knew?
