1997 Buick Regal fan blower stays on after car turned off

fan blower starts after ignition is turned off and key removed. I have heat and air turned off as well. This regal has a 3.8 supercharger. I disconnected neg. battery cable for 30 min thinking it might reprogram the computer, did not work. Would appreciate any advise. thanks, gfleet

Inspect and test the blower motor relay integral with the blower motor resistor its located on right side of heater/AC module under right side of dash.
