1997 Buick Regal car won;'t start

When I try and start my car the lights and radio all come on but the car won't start. It doesn't make any noise at all

Hi:
You need to check if you're getting power to the starter when you try to start it. If you are, replace the starter. If no power, check the starter relay. I believe you'll find it under the hood in on of the power distribution box. Check if there are any identical relays in the car and swith them to see if that helps.
