1996 Buick Regal Can't remove water pump.

1996 Buick Regal V6 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 70,000 miles

I got all the bolts out of the water pump but one. The one that is left is hitting the pulley on the power steering. I need to know if I can pull the pulley of or does the whole power steering need to come off.

you can pull hte pulley, it requires a special puller that pulls from the inside instead of the outside.
