1996 Buick Regal Brake Lights

When I step on the barke pedal only the rear window brake light illuminates. I have checked the fuse and replaced the bulbs but the rear fender lights will not illuminate. They do when I have headlights and turn signals. Are there two brake micro switches? I also checked wiring all ok.

Hi
You say tail and turn signal work but no brake. The problem is in the turn signal switch ie. multifunction switch. Voltage runs from brake switch through turn so it will override turn when braking. The high mout is on seperate circuit.
