1996 Buick Regal Blower Motor

The blower motor on the air conditioning when set on high will work for a while then it progressively slows down until it stops. If you turn off the air conditioning and then resestart it after a minute the blower returns to normal and then slows down once again. The blower apprears to work correctly on the next blower setting below the high speed setting.

Inspect and test the blower motor resistors behind right side of dash in the plenum
