1995 Buick Regal Hazard Flasher

Right front turn signal does not flash when hazard button depressed, all others flash normally if you turn on the right blinker it works fine, also turning on hazards seems to make abs light come on would these problems be related. help please cant figure out what the problem is and car needs to be inspected.

The turn signal/brake share the same circuit-sounds related to ABS could be feedback -check and test the turn/hazard switch the turn/brake cicuits goes thru there before it hits the rear lights.

used test light at hazard flasher one side goes on and off with blinker (left side) turn signal and the other on the right which doesn't come on has voltage with right signal on but light never goes off is it a bad ground? Also where is the ground located for this circuit i am a student taking automotive technology student, i am thinking bad ground since that one side doesnt go on and off with blinker. thanks for the info.
