1994 Buick Regal speedometer cable

i changed my break booster and now my speedometer is not accurate, what may i have messed with to offset the cable? also there are two lines by my break booster i dont know where they go, i got the one for the pcv valve. how do i adjust the speed?

Your car DOES NOT have a speedometer cable, the speedometer is electronic and it works from the pulse generator that is on the right output drive shaft.
Your changing the power brake booster has nothing to do with the speedometer.
As far as the hoses that you are mentioning, only one hose goes to the booster and the other end of this hose goes to a manifold vacuum source.
I have no idea what the other hose that you are mentioning.The POSITIVE CRANCASE ventilation system on this motor is internal and has no hose attached to it. Good Luck.
