1994 Buick Regal How to change the battery?

I need to change the battery in this car. It's not something I've ever seen before, and it doesn't look too straightforward. Can you explain the bets way to get the battery out? It appears to be below the windshield wiper cleaner holder.

dont you just love it when teh batterys are there, what about when you need a jump and you dont have a toolbox!!

to remove it unscrew/bolt the frame stabilizer located on top of the wiper tank and then unbolt/unscrew that and pull it up and disconnect the electricalconnector and hose if needed, then disconnect the battery and pull it out, sometimes it takes a bit of persuading to get it out of the fender well
