1994 Buick Regal Horn Problems

Horn will not stop blowing. Has continually become more sensitive to touch over the years and earlier this year with the onset of hot weather the horn began blowing on it's own and now will not stop at all. Fuse and relay are not the problem. No security system.

Hey HMA820,

The problem sounds like it is the horn pad needs replacing. This is becasue the touch switch is connected due to the warped material on the steering wheel.
