1994 Buick Regal 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i can only open the driver door from the inside. what could be wrong with it and how do i fix it?

there are various clips and rods that connect the latch to the outer handle.

you will need to remove the inner door panel to visually inspect everything.
