1993 Buick Regal no heat

My 93 Regal has no heat, when it was working however the locks would lock and unlock as I went down the road and occasionally I would have to tap on the dash to get the heat to come back on because it would stop working. I know that it could be a electrical thing just thought I would ask if the malfunction was a part or multiple parts.

Does the blower motor work? With the engine warm, are the heater hoses hot?

The blower motor is not working, the part of the dash where you pick the different locations as to where the heat comes from does not light up. I do feel heat when I go down the road after the car warms up.
