1992 Buick Regal the car start when u turn it off and start

the car starts but if u turn it off and try 2start it again it makes a groaing sound and wont start. there is a new battery in the car and the allternator was checked and is fine.

Starter drag do to worn bushings and armature. Maybe cable connections check for clean and tight.
If thats then it is starter R&R time
