1992 Buick Regal fuse box

My ctsy fuse keeps blowing out causing rear left brake lights, door locks, cig lighter and dash lights to stop working. How can ifix this?

There must be a short. What I would do is try disconnecting (one at a time) each component that runs from the circuit. That way you will know which component is causing the fuse to blow.
