1992 Buick Regal engine won't turn over

I parked this car about three weeks ago, at the time everything was working fine. When I tried to start it three weeks later, the engine would'nt turn over. I have checked all connections, battery, fuses, and altanator. There is just a click that I hear under the hood.

Any help would be great. Thanks

No crank at all/nothing/nada:

Could be the starter, starter relay,park and neutral switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good.
