1991 Buick Regal finding the computer

Computer problem
1991 Buick Regal V8 Automatic 200000 miles

the air conditioning doesn't work and I was told to change the computer but I don't know where to find it. Where is it and do you think this might be the problem.

The computer -Its located in front of right strut tower. I think you should get it diagnose by an HVAC technician to be in the safe side. Could be out of freon/pressure switch/relay/compressor or an electrical problem with the AC system. Computer is very expensive component to replace-
