Does the fuel pump pressure fluctuate as it is driven

Welcome to the forum, at steady rpms, I don't think it should fluctuate. If the fuel pressure regulator is controled by engine vacuum, anything that effects engine vacuum, can effect fuel pressure. There could be other issues?
