1990 Buick Regal check engine light

Check engine light comes on after 10 or 15 minutes and engine stall our upon stoping. Code reader can not fine any problems. Pls help. Thankyou.

Hello, did the lite come on just driving down the road? I wonder why no code? In the past, I have heard of the TCC not releasing when coming to a stop. If it didn't release, it would cause the vehicle to stall. I can't remember the tranny application? One way to test was to unplug the TCC, for testing purposes. I can't tell you it is safe to leave unplugged. Does the vehicle restart right away? If it doesn't you can do some of the basic tests.
