1989 Buick Regal blower motor

I have a new blower motor and blower motor resistor installed but no air movement. Is there a "in line" fuse? I can hook a hot wire to the blower motor and it will run.

Use atest light check power to blower resistor I suspect there is none . Need to pull A/C heater controler out of dash and check blower switch.
