1987 Buick Regal about my car backfiring

after the car warms up if i floor it and the turbo kicks in fully, it backfires a little and wont pull strong until i let of the gas a little
and what does the top and nottom colored turbo lights tell u

Start by checking for lack of fuel
Check fuel pressure and flow suspecting fuel pump
Do an exhaust flow and back pressure test

i have already had all that done and it was fully looked into spent over 600 doing what they said which was the same u said with no results

Next step would be checking for codes(TPS…) and checking timing and turbo operation
