1981 Buick Regal 6 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 800420 miles

My rear lights dont turn on. when open the ignition switch they come on a little dim, but when i pull the light swith they turn off. and my turn lights dont work either. i appreciate the help . thanks
