My 2006 Buick Rainier has a problem whereby the air vent doesn't blow out anything when turn on either using the fan or through the Air COnditioner.

Sometime it works and then it seems to only work on high. When car is turned off, the air still blows out of vents

Air blows at the vent only
or no air blowing at all
if no air blowing check fuses 1st
if fuses OK
locate blower motor inside passenger side and check for power and ground at the wiring connector
most common to be a blower motor resister if none or one
if have power and ground and no fan ,blower motor defective and need to be replaced
