Dealer wants to service the front axle, rear axle, and transfer case to the tune of $330. Do I need to do all three now or can I wait on part of it?

You don't have to do all three at the same time, but it is due for all three services. I would recommend performing the services as soon as you can afford to.
If you have to replace any of these components, it can be very expensive.
