The passenger side of my Buick floorboard iis very wet. I think it is a mechanical problem. Occasionally, the engine light comes on and the engine runs rough, usually when it is first started. Wondering if the two problems could be related. The engine light never stays on for very long, so my mechanic can not figure out any problem, as it is running fine.

Suggestions?

The two problems are probably not related.
If the check engine light is coming on, there will be a trouble code stored in the memory. We will need to know what this code is.
If you have a sunroof, I would make sure the drain tubes are clear of obstructions by using compressed air.
